After the purchase
and 26.0m development of the first site in the current portfolio
Cadbury House, Bristol. Sanguine Hospitality Limited was formed
in December 2006, with the purpose of expanding the group by buying
Hoole Hall, Chester. This £6.35m acquisition took place in February
2007. The project now totals £28.0m Sanguine Hospitality now has
investments in over £120m of assets across the UK.
Sanguine Hospitality
Management Company Limited was formed to manage and develop the
fast growing portfolio of Hotel and Leisure sites within the Sanguine
Hospitality Group, amongst other external clients.
